We are working exclusively with a primary school in West Bromwich who are seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support in a mixed role, which will be split between their Year 1 class and their SEND resource hub. In this role, you will be working in a small primary setting, which prides itself on family values and has a very good SEND support department. This role will be ideal for both current teaching assistants and aspiring teaching assistants who are currently supporting individuals with SEND needs in other sectors, such as residential, social work or care – we welcome all applicants who have a passion for making a difference!
You will be working long-term on a full-time basis in this setting. This role will be:
- Working 8:30 to 3:30 during term-time only
- Running on a long-term basis, likely until a minimum of July 2027 but the setting typically will retain staff longer dependent on budgets
- You will be paid a week in arrears at a daily rate from £92.63 to £97.93 dependent on experience and/or qualifications
