We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary schools across the Wrexham area. Through our education recruitment agency, you’ll have access to flexible opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term placements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy making a positive impact by helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, working closely with class teachers, ALN Coordinators and other professionals to deliver personalised learning strategies. You’ll support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, encourage independence, and help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can flourish.
We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants, as well as candidates with backgrounds in childcare, care, youth work or support services who have a genuine interest in inclusive education. If you’re patient, adaptable and committed to helping children succeed, we’d love to hear from you and help you find your next opportunity in schools across the Wrexham area.
