New Directions Holdings Limited in Smethwick is seeking two full-time SEND Teaching Assistants to start in September 2026.

You will support in the resource hub and carry out small interventions with KS1 pupils, under the guidance of the SENCo.

Experience in SEND within a school is preferred, but transferable SEND experience from other settings will be considered.

Roles are during term-time, 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, paid weekly via internal PAYE at Β£92.53–£97.02 per day depending on
