New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for long-term roles, starting September 2026, at specialist SEND schools across the Wirral. You will provide 1:1 support to pupils with complex needs, helping them access learning and develop social and emotional skills within a nurturing, structured environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior SEND experience in mainstream or specialist settings, outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, and patience.
