We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs in specialist settings across Rugby and surrounding areas. This role involves working closely with children and young people with severe Autism (ASD) and challenging behaviour, providing consistent, structured support throughout the school day.

Support is typically 1:1 or in small groups, within specialist or alternative provision settings.
