Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will play a key role in creating a positive, nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to succeed both academically and personally.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENDCo, therapists, and external professionals to deliver personalised learning programmes.
- Support pupils with individual PLMD needs, encouraging progress in both learning, wellbeing & behavioural needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and communication difficulties.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Holds
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching secondary-aged pupils, ideally within a SEND or specialist setting.
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contributes positively to the wider school community.

- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
