Location: Neath

New Directions Health & Social Care are looking to recruit a dedicated step down DV support worker to join our friendly team on a temporary full-time basis for shifts in Neath until March 2027. We’re seeking experienced, competent individuals who thrive when supporting those in crisis/ experiencing conflict within the family setting.

Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing high quality help and support. If you’re experienced, committed and looking to make a difference to people’s lives; we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • 6 Months supported living/ hostel experience in the UK (Non – Negotiable)
  • Dual DBS on the update service
  • SCW registered – QCF Level 2/3/4 – Desired but not essential
  • Tenancy management, benefits advice, housing options experience desirable
  • Driver with own vehicle (Non – Negotiable)
