The predicted salary is between 9253 - 9702 £ per year.

We are working with a mainstream primary school in Smethwick, who are seeking two full-time SEND Teaching Assistants to start in September 2026. These roles will be working between their resource hub provision and doing small interventions with KS1, with support from the school’s SENCo.

You will need to have previous SEND support experience, ideally within a school setting, however we are willing to consider applicants with SEND support experience which has been transferred from residential, support or similar backgrounds.

The positions will be working during term-time only on Monday to Friday for the working hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm.

You will be paid through New Directions internal PAYE, on a weekly basis at a rate from £92.53 to £97.02 per day dependent on experience and relevant qualifications.
