We are working in partnership with a school setting in West Bromwich seeking to hire three full‑time, long‑term Teaching Assistants starting in September 2026, although if they can start beforehand the setting is happy to utilize additional staff to help with familiarity with the school.

This role will be working as part of their expanded primary age provision which supports children with SEND needs, primarily autism & complex needs.

While previous school‑based experience would be useful, the school is also happy to hire applicants with transferable experience from residential, care and support backgrounds.

These roles are all term‑time only, working Monday to Friday for the hours of 08:30 start to 15:30 finish. They are long‑term with the potential option for the school to transfer these roles to permanent status dependent on funding to student numbers moving forward.

The successful applicants will be paid on a weekly basis at a daily rate ranging from £92.63 to £99.68, dependent on experience and/or qualifications.
