We are actively seeking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, starting September 2026. The role will be based in the school’s new resource hub setting, which will be opening in September. You will be working with the experienced teacher and another SEND Teaching Assistant.

In role, you will be working Monday to Friday for the working hours of 08:30 to 15:30, during term-time only. Whilst in-school experience would be beneficial, we are happy to appoint an applicant who has experience supporting individuals with SEND needs from transferrable fields such as care, support or residential settings.

To be successful, you will need to hold an enhanced child DBS or be willing to apply for a new check through us at New Directions. This role pays a week-in-arrears at a rate from £92.53 to £95.83 per day dependent on experience and/or relevant qualifications. This role will be starting on Tuesday 1st September 2026.
