About the Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will take on full classroom responsibilities while receiving the guidance and support needed to thrive in your first teaching role. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, depending on your specialism and preference.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can achieve
