New Directions Education is seeking confident, experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools throughout the Leeds area on a flexible, ad hoc basis. What You'll Be Doing
- As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom and ensure learning continues in the absence of the regular teacher.
- You'll deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive learning environment, and help keep students engaged and on task throughout the day.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting is essential
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading groups of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments
- A positive, professional and proactive attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
