We are working exclusively with a West Bromwich based SEND Learning Support Assistant to work long-term in their KS2 aged classes, supporting a small select group of autistic students who require additional support and intervention. The school has a long-standing SENCo with vast experience and an experienced SEND support team, and this role will be a long-term addition as the school has secured additional funding.

The successful applicant will be required to work full-time (Monday to Friday) from 08:30 to 15:30 during term-time only. While school-based experience would be beneficial, the school is very keen to hire the right applicant and is therefore happy to consider applicants with transferable experience such as residential, support or care support backgrounds.
