The Role

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has previous experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4 within a secondary school setting.
- Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Modern Foreign Languages.
- Can deliver creative and purposeful lessons that motivate pupils to engage with language learning.
- Is confident managing behaviour and establishing positive relationships with pupils.
- Is adaptable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
Requirements
- References covering the previous 5 years.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience teaching Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
- Availability from September through to December for the duration of the placement.
