About the Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils grow in confidence, develop key skills, and achieve their full potential during these important years of their education. You’ll deliver engaging and creative lessons, foster a positive classroom environment, and inspire a love of learning every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
- Encouraging pupils to become confident, independent learners
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
- Working collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage Two
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
