  • £465-£500 Weekly Pay (PAYE– No Umbrella Company)

New Directions Education is working in partnership with a well-established primary school trust in Tameside to recruit passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants for September.

  • The trust has a particular need for
  • EYFS-qualified Teaching Assistants with experience supporting children with

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) . These are full-time, long-term opportunities across a number of welcoming primary schools within the trust.

The ideal candidate will have

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification with experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism, ADHD and speech & language needs.
  • A nurturing, patient approach with a passion for helping young children reach their full potential.
