New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a Year 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1-to-1 support for a pupil with autism and speech delay in a mainstream primary setting in Smethwick.
The role is full-time, running from September 2026 until at least July 2027, term-time only (08:30–15:30, Monday to Friday).
The successful candidate will demonstrate consistency, care and a proactive approach to student welfare and learning.
