We’re recruiting qualified Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools and Early Years settings across Ellesmere Port, with exciting opportunities available from September 2026.

The Role
- Supporting children across EYFS, including Nursery and Reception
- Working alongside the class teacher to support learning and development
- Supporting play-based and child-led learning
- Providing individual and small-group support where required
- Encouraging children’s communication, social and emotional development
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Previous experience working within an EYFS or Early Years setting
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
