We're recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across primary schools in Ellesmere Port from September 2026, with opportunities for regular supply work throughout the academic year.

The Role
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on your experience and preference
- Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Maintaining a positive learning environment and high expectations
- Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom environments
What We're Looking For
- QTS / ECT status
- Recent primary teaching experience through placements or previous roles
- A passion for teaching and supporting children's learning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to develop your teaching practice
