The Role
As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
- Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement.
- Build experience across a variety of welcoming and supportive Cardiff schools.
We3;re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to achieve QTS.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
