New Directions Holdings Limited in Cardiff is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support secondary students at a PRU. You will work with teachers, mentors and external agencies to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping learners engage with learning and develop confidence.
The role focuses on supporting students with behavioural, social and emotional needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation, and building trusting relationships with students and families.
