What you will bring to the role:
- Experience working with children or young people with ALN/SEN (in education, care, or community settings). If you have transferable skills from a care background please also get in touch.
- Knowledge of strategies for supporting learners with a range of needs, such as autism, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
