Job Description:
- Location: Bridgend
- Salary: £172.98 per day
- Schedule: Monday– Friday 08:30pm – 16:00pm, term-time only
If you are a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or experienced Teacher, we offer roles which include delivering the curriculum in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Required:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum that cater to a range of abilities and support pupils’ academic and personal development.
- Create and maintain a positive, well-organised learning environment, managing behaviour effectively and motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and ensure curriculum objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community, including curriculum coordination, school events and staying up to date with curriculum developments.
