The predicted salary is between 19028 - 26076 £ per year.
We are working exclusively with a SEND support provision based in Worcester, who are seeking to hire a Post-16 Qualified Teacher for their provision.
This position will be supporting students who have SEND needs and have been struggled to access the mainstream curriculum, you will be working to enable them to be successful in their own development.
This will be helping learners to develop to allow them to explore options as their lives develop to allow them to be independent and due to this, you will be given freedom to further explore opportunities to develop the curriculum for these students – offering a very unique opportunity to make great impact on the lives of young people and helping them to achieve!
You will need to hold your QTS and show a real desire for SEND support, we are happy to work with teachers who are moving from mainstream or alternative learning environments.
This role will be full-time (Monday to Friday) on a long-term to permanent basis moving forward, this will be term-time only.
You will be given allocated planning time which will be set into your schedule, to enable you to have a good work-life balance
This position is paid to scale plus SEND allowance.
Initially through us at New Directions, which will guarantee you weekly pay moving to monthly pay if both the successful applicant and setting are happy to move the contract to permanent.
The daily pay rate will range from £190.28 to £260.76 per day dependent on scale and experience.
