New Directions Education Ltd in Erdington, Birmingham, seeks an experienced SENCO to lead and coordinate SEND provision at a mainstream primary school.

The role focuses on identifying and supporting pupils with SEND, developing and reviewing IEPs and EHCPs, and collaborating with staff, families and external agencies.

The position is part-time (days to be agreed), term-time only, with a long-term opportunity to become permanent. Salary ranges Β£200–£275 per day, with competitive weekly pay.
