New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for the ASC SEND Resource Base at a mainstream primary school in Birmingham.

You will support pupils aged 4–11 with SEND, providing targeted 1:1 and small-group help and helping implement PEPs and EHCP outcomes in a structured, nurturing environment.

The role focuses on enabling safe, meaningful access to learning through sensory-informed strategies and consistent routines, with DBS in place or arranged.
