New Directions Holdings Limited in Birmingham is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant (SEMH Specialist) for a full-time position at an Alternative Provision.
The role is school-based, Moseley (B12), with standard hours 8:30β3:30, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026.
You will support pupils aged 11β19 facing SEMH challenges, build trusting relationships, assist with PEPs/EHCP outcomes and personalised learning plans, and follow behaviour policies to help learners access their education.
