We are seeking to appoint additional long-term SEND Teaching Assistant’s for a SEND specific setting in Worcester, who have a wonderful reputation locally and are seeking to appoint SEND TAs due to an increase in students due to expansions on-site.

These roles will be working full-time (Monday to Friday) for the hours of 8:40 to 3:30 during term-time only.

In-role you will working in class with students who have moderate learning difficulties and are on the autistic spectrum.

Whilst previous experience in educational settings is useful, the school is happy to appoint successful applicants with transferrable experience from fields such as residential, support and care work.

Ideally, we are hoping to appoint to start in September 2026, however we are happy to delay start dates for the right applicants to allow for any notice periods and arrangements being made to match the required hours / days for these vacancies.

These positions will pay on a weekly basis on a daily rate equivalent from £92.63 to £95.03 per day dependent on experience and / or suitable qualifications.
