New Directions Holdings Limited in Birmingham (Harborne area) is seeking an Interventions Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 pupils (ages 4 to 11 range given by the context, but the role targets 5-7 years in KS1) on a 1:1 and small-group basis, delivering targeted interventions for SEND and literacy/numeracy needs.

The role includes preparing resources and providing detailed feedback to the class teacher to plan subsequent sessions.
