New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant in East Midlands to provide support to students displaying challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience with children who have behavioural needs and be confident in managing these behaviours.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis
- Helping to de-escalate challenging behaviours
- Assisting pupils in accessing a personalised curriculum
