The Role
- Full-time Cover Supervisor position
- Leading pre-planned lessons across a range of subject areas

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure pupils remain focused on learning objectives
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions confidently
- Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide guidance and support to students as required during lessons
- Report on student progress, behaviour, and engagement to teaching staff
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident managing groups of students and promoting positive behaviour
- Can remain calm and adaptable in a busy school environment
- Shows enthusiasm for supporting student success and wellbeing
- Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
