Who are we? Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke domiciliary care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are essential. Part time Females ONLY.

About the role: As a Community Support Care Worker, you will be required to support and deliver our sessional care services to Adults who have additional support needs due to learning, and/or physical disabilities, or poor mental health. We ensure they have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Together we can unlock potential and inspire change.
You will be required to:
- Enrich lives with every activity; supporting social development and inclusion by enabling individuals to enjoy recreational activities such as bowling, swimming and going to the cinema.
- Support people to build and develop independent living skills such as cooking and shopping for a brighter future.
- Promote well-being to inspire wellness and ignite change.
- Provide support with a healthy balanced diet so we can empower people to thrive.
- Provide companionship to nurture bonds that enrich lives.
