As a Complex Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs—helping them live as independently as possible while feeling safe and supported in their homes and communities.
About the Role
- Provide specialist support to individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
- Work within multi-staff support teams to ensure safe and effective care
- Follow detailed person-centred support plans and behavioural support strategies
- Assist individuals to access the community, maintain their tenancies, manage bills, and develop life skills
- Work professionally, calmly, and methodically in a variety of situations
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards at all times
You will receive high-level training, including mandatory care training and specialist safety intervention training, ensuring you feel confident and supported in the role.
28–36 hours per week (contracted hours). Shifts typically run 08:00–22:00, followed by a sleep-in shift from 22:00–08:00.
