The Role

About You
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and EYFS experience.
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
- Is an ambitious leader (or aspiring leader) who can motivate and empower others.
- Possesses a "no-excuses" approach to raising standards while maintaining a creative, child-centred focus.
