We're looking for a curious, analytical problem-solver to join our Existing Customer Profitability team - someone who loves digging into data, spotting opportunities, and turning insight into action. How you'll contribute
As a Specialist, you'll help shape how we price, optimise, and grow our loans products. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes and commercial performance. You will:
- Design and deliver pricing strategies that improve outcomes for customers and NewDay - including building a testing framework to learn fast and iterate confidently.
- Identify untapped value across customer segments and journeys, spotting where performance can be improved and proposing changes that make a measurable difference.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, gathering data and engaging cross-functional stakeholders to develop actionable insights and support implementation.
- Review and evolve eligibility criteria, ensuring we're offering the right products to the right customers at the right time.
- Use data analysis and modelling (including NPV modelling) to optimise our loan offering across different risk profiles and customer segments.
You'll also play a key role in governance, ensuring our strategies are robust and well-controlled, and you'll help mentor junior team members, raising analytical capability across the function.
