We are looking for a friendly, motivated and ambitious associate to complement our large team at our modern Principal-led, 6 surgery, Independent, Mixed Practice.
Our practice ethos is that of family and collaboration. We treat all those who work with us as if members of our own family and want everyone to feel welcomed and nurtured. We regularly discuss cases amongst us and are always willing to provide second opinions to ensure we are providing safe, ethical and evidence based dentistry, utilising the collective experiences of the 9 associates currently working.
We have a robust internal marketing structure to ensure patients are being directed to those who are able to do specific treatments they have more specialised interest in.
Our new patients attend due to word of mouth recommendation as we have fantastic reviews in both the local community and online.
We are looking for a Saturday Morning only associate dentist (9-1pm).
The associates work will mainly consist of doing general dentistry to a high standard and treating a very stable list. Experience in general practice is preferred but the principals are happy to provide mentorship to those who require it.
UDA value is negotiable based on number allocated and experience.
Private Split 50%
Air conditioning and fresh air ventilation in all surgeries, TVs linked to computers for patient xrays/presentations, intra-oral cameras, sandblasters. Fully digital and computerised with SOE Exact and patient portal. Rotary Endo as standard and 3 intra-oral scanners including Itero and Medit Restorative Scanners. Use of excellent quality materials and all equipment maintained and serviced to the highest standards to reduce any risk of downtime.
Practice provides general and cosmetic dentistry as well as Invisalign, Implants and Facial Aesthetics, Complex periodontics and level 2 oral surgery in house and soon to have tier 2 endodontics. We have visiting specialists for certain complex cases on request and have a robust referral network of specialists to ensure we are always providing the best options to the patients.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £75.00-£300.00 per hour
