About New Craven Hall

New Craven Hall is an industrial, urban-luxe events space for weddings, corporate events and private hire on the outskirts of Leeds city centre. Founded in 2016 and approaching its 10th anniversary this summer, we are looking for a Weddings & Events Coordinator to support the organisation and running of events, along with aspects of the customer experience journey.

Terms

  • Permanent, part-time position; 24 hours per week; overtime in busy periods
  • Start date: April 2026
  • Salary: £16,500 - £17,500 per annum (DOE) plus incentives and bonuses

Additional requirements

  • Late finishes required on event days (rotated between team)
  • Variation in hours during busier or irregular periods
  • Physical work and some heavy lifting during venue setups and events

Hours of work

  • Regular hours: Tues 9am-4pm / 1pm-8pm (variable)
  • Friday 9am-4pm
  • Saturday 10 hours (variable depending on bookings)

About the role

This customer-facing role incorporates two main focuses. The first of these is on the preparation and delivery of regular events including venue setup, event coordination, and team leadership.

The second, and equally important, is on couple and client liaison, building and maintaining good rapport, coordination meetings, and customer experience during their booking journey.

You will be working alongside and supporting the Venue & Events Manager and Company Directors, as well as liaising with other team members to achieve high quality event delivery and customer experience.
