Senior Contracts Florist (Full-time – Weekdays and Potentially Saturdays if needed)

An exciting position has become available within the Wild at Heart team! We are looking for a fantastic, experienced Contract Florist with a drive for creativity to support our busy Wild at Heart Contracts team and flower studio.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our business, creating beautiful, luxurious contract flowers for some of the most amazing brands and clients. As one of the most important divisions in Wild at Heart, we take pride in providing bespoke floral arrangements to our clients on a weekly basis, fostering long-term relationships that are at the core of our success.

In this role, you will be primary point of contract to our valued clients, ensuring that their expectations are not just met but exceeded every week. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining these vital relationships, making this position essential to our business.

You’ll be based at our newly renovated warehouse in Battersea, where you’ll collaborate with our Events, Marketing, and Operations teams, creating a vibrant environment.

Job Specification

• Act as key support and go between for the Contracts team
• Some knowledge of flower ordering desired, but we can teach you.
• Good understanding of floral design – ability to offer creative floral ideas for proposals/client briefs.
• Designing bespoke arrangements for clients
• Liaising with our key suppliers including early morning trips the flower market to coordinate collections and orders

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in floristry.
• Grow and maintain relationships with suppliers at the flower market
• Must have a UK driving licence (either manual or automatic). If you only hold an automatic licence, we will provide manual driving lessons and cover the cost of your manual driving test.
• Strong seasonal flower knowledge and care
• Confident communicator
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Efficient, able to work to tight deadlines
• Creative background and a good eye for design
• Good attention to detail
