JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable Event Warehouse Assistant & Driver to join our growing team. This busy hybrid position will include the following key responsibilities:
- Preparing and packing props using a detailed job list
- Regular stock checks to maintain an accurate stock inventory
- Packing props and flower arrangements securely, before loading these onto the vans, ready for delivery
- Supporting the florist team with vase prep, packing arrangements, tidying the warehouse amongst other tasks
- Unloading post event, then cleaning and tidying away props
- Driving on site to help deliver and clear events
- Assisting with the installation and collection of events as required
- Ensuring all events are delivered and cleared responsibly whilst adhering to high client standards and strict venue rules
- Flexibility to assist in the early morning and late at night, especially during busy periods
REQUIREMENTS
- Clean driver’s license (with experience of driving Luton Vans)
- Physically fit and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Good punctuality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Some early mornings, evenings, and weekend work will be required.
