We also offer a handpicked selection of British-grown indoor and outdoor plants and provide a full range of floristry services, from everyday bouquets to bespoke event work.

We’re looking for a talented, committed Shop Manager to join our small team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong retail and floristry experience who’s excited to help grow a truly unique, independent business rooted in sustainability, creativity, and community.

What you’ll do:
– Lead and support a small, friendly team
– Manage and produce day-to-day floristry work in our natural, artful, wilderness-inspired style
– Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service and plant care advice—our customers include creatives, keen gardeners, and plant enthusiasts
– Oversee shop merchandising and presentation
– Handle admin tasks and stock management
– Occasionally support our event work, based at our Gaydon studio

Who we’re looking for:
– A florist with strong creative skills and a solid background in retail (although retail floristry isn\’t essential)
– Confident working in a natural and loose design style
– Comfortable managing a small team and leading by example
– Organised, reliable, and capable of juggling a variety of tasks
– Self-motivated and willing to get stuck in with all aspects of the shop
– Genuinely passionate about British-grown flowers, sustainable floristry, and plants

This is a rewarding and creative role in a growing, independent business that’s on a course to change the path of floristry here in the UK. For the right person, there’s also potential for future partnership. Preferable start time June 2025, although some flexibility is possible.
