About us

Established for over 20 years, we\’re a trusted London florist serving customers from our three locations in Bermondsey Street, Clapham Junction, and Druid Street. We offer everything from daily bouquets and wedding flowers to corporate office displays and event work. Our team combines creative flair with practical experience to deliver fresh flowers and plants that meet our customer\’s needs and budgets.

The Challenge:

  • Lead daily floristry operations including arranging bouquets, pre-orders
  • Manage flower ordering and inventory control across all three locations
  • Oversee staff scheduling and coordinate work across sites
  • Handle customer consultations for weddings, events, and corporate accounts
  • Develop and maintain corporate relationships and ongoing corporate contracts
  • Ensure quality control and manage stock rotation
  • Process retail sales
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with recruitment, train and develop floristry staff
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and health & safety standards
  • Manage and inspire teams across our Druid Street SE1, Clapham Junction SW11, and Bermondsey Street SE1 locations
  • Lead our ambitious expansion into corporate contract florals
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and exceptional delivery

What We Need:

  • Extensive floristry experience with proven management and business development skills
  • Commercial mindset with experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
  • Excellent presentation and client relationship skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Resilience and drive to tackle new challenges head-on
