An exciting opportunity to join our team on the beautiful island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. We are a floral events and retail business, with a busy shop and studio in the bustling Grace Bay. We are the largest florist in Turks & Caicos and produce florals for hundreds of events and weddings each year; from intimate elopements to large luxury weddings.

Key duties of the role include:

• Creating beautiful floral arrangements for our retail store
• Receiving, checking and organizing incoming flower orders
• Working on site at events and weddings across the Turks and Caicos islands

Ideal Applicant

• Previous experience working with flowers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Works well in a team environment and independently
• Sales knowledge
• Understanding of budgeting/pricing
• Driver\’s license is essential to this role

Hours of Work:

There are no normal working hours for this role. Weekends will be busy. A typical work week in TCI is 44 hours.
