We are a contractor partnering with several housing associations and councils to complete refurbishments and reactive maintenance works. We are currently seeking a Multi-Trade Operative who can work in both occupied and void properties mainly throughout the West Midlands and Shropshire. You need to be able to complete full Kitchen and bathroom renovations.
This is a self-employed position, and the person must have their own tools, van and be CIS registered. Pay is negotiable.
Responsibilities:- Complete full Kitchen and bathroom renovations.
