New College Swindon is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to help learners with SEND and additional learning needs thrive in a supportive college environment. You will provide one-to-one and small group assistance, supporting personal care, practical tasks and classroom activities to promote independence.

Working closely with teachers and SEND staff, you will adapt activities, monitor progress and help students access examinations with appropriate accommodations, while building confidence.
