We are on the lookout for a Quality Manager who can bring clarity, consistency and a touch of brilliance to our Apprenticeships, Adult Learning and Corporate Services provision. This isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about raising the bar.
You will:
- Lead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning and partnerships.
- Track achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunity.
- Design and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework that actually works (and people want to use!).
- Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes (because you know a good SAR is worth its weight in gold!).
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experience.
- Support inspections and external quality assurance visits like a pro, because you are always 'inspection ready'!
- Manage the college's complaints and compliments process with fairness, speed and a touch of diplomacy.
