This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who is ready to lead, inspire and make a real impact within a fast-paced and learner-focused environment. This is an internal only vacancy, part time and working 18.5 hours per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the leadership and day-to-day operational management of the Faculty Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
  • Drive improvements in learner recruitment, progress, achievement and destinations
  • Support curriculum planning and development to meet local and national needs
  • Monitor quality processes, learner performance and continuous improvement activity
  • Support staffing, CPD planning and performance management processes
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to improve learner outcomes
  • Promote a positive, ambitious and learner-focused culture across the Faculty
  • Deputise for the Head of Faculty where required
