You will:
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons at Level 2 on the employability programme
- Design inclusive schemes of work and lesson plans that spark curiosity and build confidence
- Support learners every step of the way—through thoughtful assessment, constructive feedback, and a genuine belief in their potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes
- Champion real-world learning by connecting students with local and national employers
You will need:
- A teaching qualification at Level 5 (or a willingness to gain one)
- Experience working with learners with SEND
