We're looking for a Learning Support Administration Apprentice to join our Inclusive Learning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship .

Term Time Only(TTO) - 42 weeks per annum.

As part of our Learning Support team, you'll develop a broad range of administrative skills while helping to ensure learners with additional needs receive the support they need to thrive.

What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the Learning Support department.

Provide administrative support for learners with SEND and those accessing Learning Support services.

Assist with the administration of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and associated statutory processes.

Maintain accurate digital records and support data entry for funding, reporting and audit requirements.

Help coordinate meetings by arranging rooms and supporting communication with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
