Are you an ambitious and inspiring leader ready to shape the future of curriculum delivery and learner success? We're looking for a Head of Faculty to join New College Swindon Sixth Faculty in a key leadership role focused on driving high-quality teaching, learner achievement and curriculum development across the Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education leader who is passionate about developing people, improving outcomes and creating a culture of ambition, accountability and excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the strategic and operational delivery of the Sixth Faculty
  • Drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across all provision types
  • Lead and support curriculum teams to improve learner progress, achievement and destinations
  • Develop an ambitious and responsive curriculum aligned to local and national needs
  • Monitor quality, performance and KPI delivery, driving continuous improvement
  • Lead staffing, performance management and professional development within the Faculty
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sustainability and growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and learner-focused culture across the Faculty
