We're looking for an Exam Access Arrangements Officer to join our Inclusive Learning team on a part time basis, 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year(term time).
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring students with additional needs receive the appropriate exam access arrangements, helping to create an inclusive and equitable assessment experience across the College.
Working closely with learners, curriculum teams, assessors, parents and awarding bodies, you'll coordinate the end-to-end exam access arrangements process while ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.
What you'll do: Coordinate referrals and appointments for Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs) following referrals from staff, admissions, enrolment, parents and external agencies.
Gather and maintain the documentation required to support access arrangement applications.
Liaise with schools to obtain previous assessment evidence and supporting documentation.
Submit online applications for exam access arrangements in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
Monitor and maintain accurate learner records, ensuring awarded arrangements are recorded on College systems.
